I Change My City

Crawling through Bangalore Traffic

Let's change that.

If you have been staying in Bengaluru for a while, you would know that driving on Bengaluru roads is a nightmarish experience. There are several places in the city that have become popular (rather unpopular) because of its perennial traffic jams. We made a list of these spots:

M.G Road

This road, lined with many corporate offices and shopping complexes, has traffic bottleneck mainly at the Brigade Road – M.G Road junction and at Anil Kumble circle. The traffic comes to a stand-still, especially when it rains and on weekend as well. VOTE for change if you want all civic agencies to work together to find solution to this issue.

Hebbal Flyover

This flyover connects ORR and Bellary Road and it is also used by many commuters to reach the international airport. As a result, this road sees standstill traffic very often, especially during the peak hours. If you want civic agencies such as BBMP, BTP etc. to work on improving the traffic situation at this junction, then VOTE for change.

JC Road

Town Hall and Canara Bank Headquarters are on this road. Besides, Majestic Bus Stand and City market are in close vicinity to this road. As a result, there is slow-moving traffic throughout the day and there are too many buses that pile up and block the traffic. If you want BBMP and other civic agencies to work together and maintain this road effectively, then VOTE for change

This road is mainly used as a gateway to Whitefield where many of the IT companies are housed. Being a highway, it is also used by many private buses as well. This road always has slow-moving traffic and traffic jams. If you want civic agencies such as BBMP, BTP etc. to work on improving the traffic situation at this road, then VOTE for change.

Marathalli Junction

This is one place in Bangalore that you dread to travel during peak hours. Half an hour to one hour delay is always expected while passing through this junction and during the rainy season, God save the motorists. If you want BBMP or any other related civic agency to bring a change at Marathalli junction, then VOTE for change.

Old airport road

The airport might have been shifted but the traffic on this road has not changed. It has rather increased exponentially. During peak hours, expect vehicular movement at a snail's pace. This road connects Indiranagar to Marathalli junction. If you want to change the condition of this road, then VOTE for change and demand BBMP for better facilities.
