As India's urban population swells, the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences is drawing up a mental health capsule in line with the central government's Smart City project. We had a brief chat with Dr BN Gangadhar, the Director of NIMHANS, regarding the same. He says, the program, now in its conceptional phase, could be field-tested in Bengaluru as a prototype, after completion.
